SHIPMENTS
Once the order has been received, Praia Brava will send a confirmation email, in which the summary of the order can be viewed.
The brand can cancel the order due to lack of stock of the product.

NATIONAL SHIPPING (PERU)
Orders are sent by Olva Courier, who is responsible for the delivery of orders safely.
The delivery time is 1-4 business days, depending on the destination and the order confirmation. These times vary on holidays or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (WORLDWIDE)
Orders are sent by DHL EXPRESS, who is responsible for the delivery of orders safely.
The delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and the order confirmation. These times vary on holidays or holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Any change or refund will only be accepted up to 7 days after the delivery date.
Keep in mind that to make the change or return valid the products must have: original labels and hygiene protectors. In addition, IGV they should not be damaged (dirty, stained, broken, worn).
Keep in mind that the changes are according to the available stock.
It is worth mentioning that when a refund is made, the commission will be discounted 3.99% + $ 0.15 + IGV of the amount paid.

MODALITIES
1. In order to make the exchange or refund effective, you must complete the attached “Format of changes or returns" form and send it to contacto@praiabravabikinis.compraiabrava.com. This format will be reviewed by the company’s staff to verify that everything detailed and the available stock (in case of change of size or color) is complied with. When the format is validated, an answer email will be sent to proceed with the shipment of the product that the customer wants to change or return. The format must be placed inside the package that is being returned. If the products are received in poor condition and do not meet the conditions mentioned above, they will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the return costs.

2. Another option is to approach the store that is located on Avenida Benavides 1225, with the product, the sales ticket and the “Format of changes or returns" in physical. The staff of the store will ensure that the garment or product meets the conditions and that the format is correctly filled. In case everything is correct the customer can have the ease of choosing the size and model according to the stock in stores. If you do not comply, you can not make the change or return valid.
If the client chooses to change a different model than the one initially acquired, if the value exceeds the previous one, he will have to pay the difference. The difference cannot be returned if a lower price model is chosen.

REFUND
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made and does not want to change it for another size or model, you must complete the “Refund Form", which must be approved, in order to make the refund of the amount of your purchase.

OTHER ASPECTS
Products that are discounted cannot be exchanged.
Gift cards are not refundable.
The coupons expire 15 days after received.
